Your item will take anywhere from 1-3 days to arrive depending on the delivery option you selected. You will also receive a tracking number that you can use to check your order's status upon submitting an order.

Refunds are only accepted if there is a defect in the item, or if you were sent the wrong item. If so, please contact us using the contact form above to schedule a refund, all processing fees will be covered by us.

Currently Metro Streetwear is only delivering to a few countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, and to South Korea. We have warehouses in all these locations that make it possible to deliver our goods in a few days. If you would like us to deliver to your location, please contact us.
